I was lucky enough to visit the National School of Arts in Cuba – just outside Havana.

This amazing building dates back to the early 1960s – considered one of the most outstanding architectural achievements of the Cuban Revolution.

Fidel Castro commissioned Cuban architect Ricardo Porro a Latin American modernist to design this amazing structure.

‘Inside we found the most beautiful space – dancing in Cuba is a real art form and here students are training to be the very best in contemporary dance’
